Signature Event Creation Bars
Choose from our curated selection of creation bars. Each station is fully styled, staffed, and includes printed instructions and designed signage. The price range for each bar reflects your choices in vessels, materials, and styling level — base pricing covers up to 40 guests, with a per-guest rate beyond that.

Sugar Scrub Bar
Guests blend their own luxurious sugar or salt scrubs using organic sugar, botanicals, dried florals, and essential oils. Each jar is a beautiful, fragrant keepsake.

How To Book
The Process
A simple, considered path from first inquiry to your event day. Every booking is custom-tailored, with clear communication at every step.

Custom Proposal
We'll respond within 3–5 business days with a tailored proposal — bar selections, vessel and material options, styling notes, and a clear investment range based on your guest count.
Reserve Your Date
A signed agreement and 50% retainer secure your event date on our calendar. Your retainer is fully refundable up to 120 days before your event (less a small administrative fee), with partial refunds available between 90–119 days. Within 90 days, materials and design are well underway, so payments become non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date within 12 months.
Design & Confirm
We collaborate on final selections, customizations, and styling details — all confirmed in writing well before your event.
Final Details
Final guest count and remaining balance are due 30 days prior to your event. This allows us to thoughtfully source materials, finalize styling, and prepare every detail with care.
Event Day
We arrive, set up, fully facilitate every guest interaction, and pack everything away. You enjoy the celebration.
Booking Policies
Terms & Conditions
Clear, simple terms so every event runs beautifully. These apply to all Caravan Studio bookings.
Retainer to Reserve
A 50% retainer and signed agreement reserve your event date on our calendar. From the moment you book, we begin curating your experience — sourcing materials, designing your bar, and preparing every thoughtful detail.
Final Balance & Guest Count
Your final guest count and remaining balance are due 30 days prior to your event. This window allows us to source specialty materials, finalize styling, and prepare a beautifully delivered experience tailored to your gathering.
Travel Fees
Travel within 60 miles of our studio is included. Additional travel fees may apply for events beyond this radius, destination weddings, or events requiring overnight accommodations.
Friendly Cancellation Policy
We want every booking to feel comfortable and fair. Cancel 120+ days before your event for a full refund of your retainer, less a small administrative fee. Cancellations 90–119 days prior receive a 50% retainer refund. Within 90 days, materials have been sourced and design work is well underway, so payments become non-refundable — but may be applied toward a rescheduled date within 12 months, subject to availability.
Materials & Customization
Final pricing reflects vessel selections, materials, styling level, and guest count. All custom selections are confirmed in writing prior to your event.
Liability & Venue
Client is responsible for securing appropriate venue space, access, and any required permits. Caravan Studio carries general liability insurance and certificates can be provided upon request.
